		<description>Good step-by-step procedure on upgrading the server &amp; SharePoint.  I ran into a situation for someone where they weren&#039;t ready to upgrade the server/SharePoint yet and had to find a different way to correct this.

Microsoft (kb article 934229) recommends upgrading to SP3 to correct this, as you already said, but I found a blog post that showed how to upgrade the ‘OK Button’ control on the ‘NewListing.aspx’ page to adapt around this.  This will help with any new site creation’s until the server is moved to SP3.
